A recycling company in Indonesia needed a compact metal shredder to process light metal scrap collected from local workshops and manufacturing plants. The raw materials mainly included aluminum offcuts, thin steel sheets, metal cans and small production leftovers.
Previously, the customer stored and transported the scrap in its original form. Because the materials were loose and irregular, they occupied considerable warehouse space and were difficult to feed evenly into the company’s sorting and recycling system.
After evaluating the material type, daily processing volume, available installation space and local power supply, we recommended the Q43P-600A Metal Shredder.

The Q43P-600A was selected because its capacity and compact dimensions matched the customer’s production conditions. The machine is equipped with 20 blades, each measuring 300 mm in diameter and 30 mm in thickness.
Its low-speed cutting system operates at 16 rpm, providing controlled shredding with strong torque. Compared with a high-speed crusher, the Q43P-600A produces less dust, heat and operating noise, making it more suitable for installation inside the customer’s existing workshop.
The 610 × 550 mm shredding chamber handles suitable light metal scrap efficiently, while the 510 × 720 mm feeding mouth allows convenient loading. A 7.5 kW motor helps the customer maintain economical electricity consumption during daily operation.
Before shipment, the shredder was assembled and tested at our factory. The inspection covered:
A trial shredding test was conducted using materials similar to the customer’s scrap. The processed pieces were approximately 30 × 30 mm, meeting the customer’s downstream handling requirements. Test videos and machine photos were provided for confirmation before delivery.
After successful testing, the machine was cleaned and protected against moisture and corrosion. Important components were secured to prevent movement during sea transportation.
The Q43P-600A was shipped from China to Indonesia with the operating manual, electrical documentation and recommended spare-parts information. Remote installation guidance was provided after the machine arrived at the customer’s workshop.
After installation, the shredder was integrated into the customer’s scrap-processing operation. The machine reduced loose metal waste into smaller and more uniform pieces, making the material easier to collect, sort and transport.
